Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jnt77", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the jnt77 platform available at https://jnt77.bio, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" — the website https://jnt77.bio and any related subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and application programming interfaces through which jnt77 services are delivered.
• "You", "User", "Member" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal member account opened by a User upon completing the jnt77 registration process.
• "Services" — all betting, gaming, and ancillary services offered by jnt77, including but not limited to sportsbook wagering, live casino games, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting arena betting), and bingo.
• "Wallet Balance" — the total of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a User's Account, net of withdrawals and wagers settled as losses.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts granted to a User by jnt77 subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process by which jnt77 confirms a User's identity, age, and country of residence in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which jnt77 Accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action described in Clause 10 of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the jnt77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you use the Services.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jnt77 or any affiliated operator.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of jnt77 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game studios.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.

jnt77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jnt77 support will result in Account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jnt77 Services, you must complete the registration process via the jnt77 Login page. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may hold exactly one Account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the potential forfeiture of all Wallet Balances and Bonus Funds therein.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential;
• Ensuring that all contact and payment details associated with your Account remain accurate and up to date;
• Notifying jnt77 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jnt77 is obligated under its international licensing conditions to verify the identity of its members. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at jnt77's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID — KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of address (a bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the last three months and bearing your registered address);
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account showing your name and account number);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if required for enhanced verification.

All documents submitted for KYC will be processed securely and in accordance with jnt77's Privacy Policy. jnt77 will complete standard KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

jnt77 reserves the right to suspend an Account and retain funds pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion that KYC documents are forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent.

Deposits

Deposits to jnt77 Accounts are accepted exclusively via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported methods include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah), subject to the minimum specified by the selected payment channel.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In exceptional cases, bank transfer confirmations may take up to 15 minutes during high-traffic periods.
• Deposit fees: jnt77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges; jnt77 has no control over and no liability for third-party payment fees.
• Accepted currencies: IDR only. Transfers initiated in any other currency will be rejected and returned to the originating account.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned. jnt77 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before crediting any deposit that cannot be matched to your registered payment details.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the Account holder. jnt77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
• Maximum withdrawal: Per-transaction and daily limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are dispatched within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours (08.00–22.00 WIB). Requests received outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window.
• KYC requirement: No withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification is complete for the relevant Account.
• Wagering requirement check: If a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds with an active wagering requirement remain in the Account, the bonus and associated pending winnings may be forfeited, or the withdrawal request may be declined until the wagering requirement is met — depending on the specific promotion terms.

jnt77 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests flagged during such checks may be placed on hold for up to five (5) business days while the review is conducted. Members will be notified by live chat or email if a withdrawal is placed on hold.

Bonuses & Promotions

jnt77 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers (including promotions tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and other cultural occasions). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. The following general conditions apply to all jnt77 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 15x) will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Unused bonus amounts will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% rather than 100%). Eligible games and contribution rates will be listed in the specific promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. jnt77 uses technical and manual review methods to detect duplicate claims.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be converted from Bonus Funds to withdrawable cash is capped at a multiple of the bonus value stated in the specific promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules for each game type and betting market are published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general provisions apply across all Services:

• Finality of wagers: Once a bet or game round has been confirmed and staked funds deducted from your Wallet Balance, the wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where jnt77 expressly provides a "cash out" or similar feature for a specific market.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Indonesian Football Association for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international fixtures, the relevant togel pool operator for number-draw results). jnt77 reserves the right to void and refund wagers where a result is declared void by the governing body.
• Obvious errors: Any bet accepted as a result of an obvious pricing or display error (including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to true market odds) may be voided by jnt77 at its sole discretion, with the staked amount returned to the Member's Wallet Balance.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-event payout applies and is displayed in the relevant sports market or game information screen. jnt77 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse wagers from any Member at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected arbitrage or professional betting behaviour.
• Live games and connectivity: jnt77 is not responsible for disconnections, interruptions, or delays in live game streams caused by the Member's internet service provider or device. Incomplete game rounds resulting from server-side failures will be handled in accordance with the relevant game studio's fairness protocols, and staked amounts will be refunded where a round cannot be completed.

Responsible Gaming

jnt77 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all members. jnt77 provides the following player protection tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits & reality checks: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no deposits are accepted.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that jnt77 use reasonable technical measures to prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jnt77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent communication with jnt77;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes in jnt77's systems;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by jnt77;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering, staking on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers;
• Conducting, facilitating, or participating in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sporting events on which bets are placed via jnt77;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jnt77 staff or other members via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise misappropriate any element of the Platform's software, content, or data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jnt77 Platform — including but not limited to the jnt77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, text, software, data feeds, odds data, and promotional materials — is the property of jnt77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use jnt77's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written consent;
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any portion of the Platform without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of jnt77's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of Platform access and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jnt77 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jnt77 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in Platform operation caused by factors outside jnt77's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider outages;
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials;
• Decisions made by official sporting bodies, governing organisations, or togel pool operators that affect the outcome of events on which bets have been placed.

In any event, jnt77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to their jnt77 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

jnt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 10;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Inactivity: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month may be deducted from the Wallet Balance of dormant Accounts after 12 months of inactivity, provided that jnt77 has made at least two attempts to contact the Account holder at their registered contact details.

A Member wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jnt77 support via live chat. Any verified Wallet Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC review.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jnt77 holds its primary operating licence. To the extent that any dispute between jnt77 and a Member cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the jnt77 complaint procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under Indonesian consumer protection law to the extent that such rights are mandatorily applicable and cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.

Amendments

jnt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where jnt77 holds a valid email address for the Member, by email notification. The effective date of any revised version will be stated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact jnt77 support to request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
